Nominations are open year-round, and you can nominate colleagues in two categories:

This category celebrates those who deliver outstanding results, go beyond expectations, and drive efficiency
Winning Mindsets
This category recognises individuals who have a positive impact on company culture and consistently demonstrate our mindsets

Before submitting, read the nomination criteria and our top tips below to help you write the perfect nomination.
Read the criteria
Make sure your nomination aligns with the criteria for the award category. For the Winning Mindsets award, focus on someone making a positive impact on company culture and demonstrating our mindsets. For the Excellence of Execution award, focus on someone who delivers outstanding results and improves efficiency.

Demonstrating impact
Don’t just say they are great, show why they are great. Include examples of projects, tasks and behaviours and link them to the award criteria. Use numbers and metrics to show how the nominee has made an impact on the team, the business or our customers.

Check before submitting
Review your nomination for any acronyms or department-specific terms. Write out acronyms in full and explain any technical language. If your nomination includes personal or sensitive information, make sure you have the nominee’s consent before submitting.

Winning Mindsets Award
This award recognises individuals who have a positive impact on culture at BMI and consistently demonstrates our winning mindsets. Your nomination should include examples of how the nominee has embodied one or more of the mindsets. To help get you started, we’ve provided some behaviours below.
